Thank you for shopping at 8.28 Boutique, we are a small business and truly appreciate all of your support! We hope that you love your purchase with us, but we understand that sometimes things don’t always work! Below is all of the information you need to know for returning an item to us.
You are welcome to return any full-priced items for store credit that never expires within 20 days of purchase. We do not offer a refund back to the original form of payment but will offer store credit for returns of items that were bought at full-price.
Discount codes that are used that are under 30% are eligible for store credit.
If you use a discount code that is 30% or higher, your items are final sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unworn and unwashed, as well as make-up, perfume, smoke and deodorant free.
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. We are happy to send you a return label for $10 that will come off your store credit. If you would like a return label, please email us at email@example.com. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, you will be provided a store credit code via email to be entered at checkout during your next purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the processing of your return and the store credit to be issued!

Only regular priced items may be returned. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned and are final sale.
