What is our return policy?
You can return a full priced item for a refund back to your form of payment within 10 days of receiving your piece from 8.28 Boutique. If your return is postmarked after that 10 day window you will receive store credit. All Sale items are store credit only. After 20 days you will not be eligible for a refund or store credit. If we receive your item after that 20 day period it will be mailed back to you! We are a small business and we want to be as accommodating as possible, but we do have to be strict on these guidelines. Sale items are store credit only and sale items marked final sale are not eligible for store credit.
We have the right to reject any returns if they are damaged.
Since we offer free shipping, if you choose to return an item the return postage is on the customer.
Items that are marked as FINAL SALE can not be returned.
It may take up to two weeks for us to process your return and issue the reimbursement and that will go back to the original form of payment.
