Shipping Policy

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer ground shipping to the continental U.S through USPS and UPS at a low cost. We also offer expedited shipping through USPS and UPS. These and other options from UPS are provided along with costs at checkout. We also offer free local pick-up for Lakeland, Florida, usually ready within one business day. We do not currently ship outside of the United States.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Most orders ship from our warehouse in Lakeland, FL. Expedited orders placed before 2PM EST will ship the same day. If you need an order for an event and only pay for USPS Priority Mail we cannot guarantee that it will be delivered in time. If you need something the same week that your order is placed, we suggest UPS Ground or UPS Two-Day or Next Day Air. While we still can't insure delivery, UPS is a more guaranteed delivery option. If you need something the same week and send us an email asking for your order to be expedited but only paid for flat rate shipping, it will be sent the most cost effective way for us. The only orders that are expedited are the ones that pay for expedited shipping.

If your order includes an item marked Preorder, the remainder of your order will be held until the preorder item is ready to ship.

Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the following Monday.

WHAT IS THE CUT-OFF TIME FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

Please note only expedited orders placed before 2PM EST will ship the same day. If the order is placed after 2PM EST with expedited shipping, it will ship within 1 business day.

DO YOU DELIVER ON SATURDAYS?

At this time we are not able to ship for Saturday delivery. If there is an urgent need, please contact us at services@828boutique.com so that we can further assist you.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

At this time, we are only able to ship to the United States and U.S. Territories.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR FPO/APO/DPO ADDRESSES?

Yes! Our team ships orders going to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS.

WILL MY ENTIRE ORDER SHIP TOGETHER?

Yes, unless your order includes an item marked Preorder, then the remainder of your order will be held until the preorder item is ready to ship.
